With Online Account, you can check current account balances, make bank transfers inside Austria or abroad and set up or change standing orders. Information for recurring payments can be stored as a template and used again whenever needed. You can also use Online Account to leave messages with your relationship manager.

Online Portfolio is an application that makes it easy for you to check your investments and their current market values.

Security warning

There is currently a trojan (malicious software) circulating on the internet which attempts to acquire unused TANs from users of online banking services for criminal purposes (e.g., theft).

Please note that in Online Account and Online Portfolio TANs are only required for carrying out transactions.

If you are ever asked for a TAN in any other context, contact your relationship manager at Schoellerbank without delay or call (in Austria) 0800 692265!

Phishing

Disguised as serious messages from a bank, phishing e-mails invite the addressees to update or check their personal details. Anyone who accepts the invitation is led by links to apparently genuine websites, which can look deceptively like a bank’s real login page. Typically, the fake pages invite the user to update their personal details, passwords or PIN codes, and sometimes even to confirm the update with a TAN. The purpose of these fake e-mails is to get you to divulge your sensitive information, which is then used to allow the perpetrators full access to your accounts.

We guarantee that Schoellerbank will under no circumstances ask you to update, check or confirm your personal details via the internet. You can be certain that any e-mails of this kind are fakes. If in any doubt, contact your relationship manager.
